My Story 

It all began one day when I noticed a rack of unusually beautiful beads, and I inquired about classes to learn how to make a necklace from the beads. An outstanding instructor at a high quality bead store was kind enough to teach me how to make a bracelet on-the-spot!  I loved creating the bracelet, and I was amazed at all of the options that were available for designing my bracelet. I discovered that I had been blessed with a “NATURAL ABILITY” to create and design jewelry. After making my bracelet, I eventually made several more necklaces with matching earrings and two more bracelets.

 

The additional necklaces, earrings and bracelets were beautiful to me, but I wanted an honest second opinion just for the sake of knowing… So I chose a very dear friend who is honest, sophisticated, fashionable, and an accomplished woman on many fronts. I had only seen her wear fine jewelry, so she was the best and worst person to get a second opinion about my fashion jewelry creations.

 

Her response and commendation amazed me and inspired me! She encouraged me to share my gift with others by selling my jewelry. She also offered me some very valuable guidance for getting started. I gave her recommendations some serious thought and prayer.

 

As I considered selling my jewelry, I began to reflect upon how blessed I have been to have had at least one person, and sometimes more (family, friends, church family, colleagues, my Spiritual Parents and others), to share inspirational words with me during the various seasons in my life. As a result, I decided that I did not just want to make jewelry to sell for some additional income; but I also wanted to make a difference by sharing an inspirational message with others.
